About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Excel at demand generation through professionally demonstrating expertise and solutions selling to achieve a sales target
- Build lasting relationships across a broad range of ASC-ES, contractor, distributor and industry constituents
- Select, demonstrate and promote the best ASC-ES product solutions for specific end user applications to various customers
- Work with distribution facing sales team in ASC-ES to assure sales closure, incremental product placement and achieve sales targets
- Develop new contractor and project prospects for the ASC-ES Pipeline
- Establish expertise and train key decision makers and users to ensure company-wide buy in for ASC-ES products
- Act as the front-line champion for the success of ASC-ES new product rollouts in your given expertise area
- Integrate into local trade organizations and associations to leverage contractor relationships for demand generation
- Be the product team’s eyes/ears about what is happening in the field from distributors, contractors and competition in your category of expertise
- Embrace, utilize and demonstrate fluency in sales technology such as CRM, Tableau and Dodge reporting
- Learn about the use of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) tools and their relevance in selling at ASC-ES
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years outside sales experience, preferably within the PVF industry
- Self-motivated and self-driven
- Positive, can-do attitude

- Engaging, converses easily with others
- Level headedness in conflict/under pressure

Benefits
Comp & perks- The base salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 USD annually
- The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this role. ASC Engineered Solutions’ philosophy on compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.
