About the role

  • ASC Engineered Solutions is looking for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) who will be responsible for proactively engaging with prospective and existing customers to drive sales and revenue growth. The incumbent will have assigned accounts within a specified geography and will be responsible for growing revenue within the assigned accounts. The accounts have various degrees of maturity ranging from new (where establishing new relationships is required) to existing long-term multi-year relationships. Each account will require unique coverage and offer varying levels of opportunity for revenue growth and personal connection/relationship building.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). Proven experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
