• Ownership and responsibility for a key set of accounts. Requires close collaboration with customers
• Coordination of planning activities for large projects and ensuring successful outcomes
• Ownership in the SIOP process by providing guidance on customer needs (from your key accounts), large projects you own, and overall channel intelligence from your Commercial partners
• Develop, maintain, and update demand forecasts using historical sales, market trends, and customer insights.
• Analyze demand patterns and variances to support decision-making in procurement, inventory, and sales planning.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial, Procurement, Operations, and Finance teams to align forecasts with strategic objectives.
• Establish and monitor inventory targets to balance product availability with cost efficiency.
• Partner with Supply Planning team to ensure lead-time reliability and mitigate supply risks.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP and forecasting systems to support planning and reporting.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turns, and fill rates.
• Identify and escalate risks related to demand variability, project-driven requirements, and market changes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to forecasting and inventory management.
