About the role

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media (LinkedIn), and lead generation campaigns.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline, moving leads from initial contact to closed deals.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close agreements to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Research potential prospects to understand their business needs and identify market gaps.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software and provide regular reports on progress and performance.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers (CEOs, managers).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven success as a Sales Executive (startup experience is a plus) selling enterprise SaaS to the Customer Experience and/or Contact Center industry.
  • "Hunter" mentality with a passion for prospecting and closing deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching and negotiation.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
  • Self-motivated and driven to hit ambitious sales targets.
