About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

B2B business development
Grow your client portfolio through prospecting and client retention
Identify clients' recruitment needs and propose tailored solutions (temporary staffing or placement)
Negotiate commercial terms with prospects (rates, margins), then close as many contracts as possible
Candidate recruitment
Publish your job ads across multiple channels, source candidates and manage your candidate pipeline using our in-house ATS built for you!
Screen candidates, verify technical skills against construction (BTP) sector requirements, then place them with clients
Support temporary workers during their assignments, especially at job starts on site, and follow up on ongoing recruitment processes
Ensure assignments run smoothly for your temporary workers at client sites

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have previous experience in a similar role and are eager to join a venture that will revolutionize recruitment in the construction (BTP) sector
You have a hunter mindset: you aren’t afraid to pick up the phone to persuade prospects and candidates
You are an effective communicator: you express yourself clearly and concisely
