Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the reliability of accounting and cash management across multiple group entities.
Prepare and guarantee the accuracy of monthly, quarterly and annual closings within deadlines.
Maintain full accounting records for several group entities up to the balance sheet.
Manage banking relationships and factoring / short-term financing tools.
Propose and implement optimizations for accounting and treasury processes.
Work closely with the CFO and other departments (payroll, operations, management).

Requirements

What you’ll need

You hold a Master’s degree (Bac +5) in accounting, finance or management (DCG, DSCG, Master CCA, or equivalent) and have 8–10 years’ experience in general accounting, ideally in an SME or multi-entity group.
Familiarity with the services sector, construction (BTP) or temporary staffing is a plus.
Proficient in French accounting standards (French GAAP) and international standards (IFRS).
Proven experience in financial closings and corporate treasury.
Strong knowledge of cash management and intercompany flows.
Known for being rigorous, autonomous and able to prioritize effectively.
Proficiency with an ERP (Sage, Cegid, etc.) and Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas).
Demonstrates adaptability/agility with a strong ability to work in an agile environment.
Curious, committed to continuous improvement and comfortable with technical topics.
Fluent in English.
