About the role

  • B2B business development
  • Grow your client portfolio through proactive prospecting and client retention.
  • Identify clients' recruitment needs and propose tailored solutions (temporary staffing or permanent placement).
  • Negotiate commercial terms with prospects (rates, margins), and secure as many contracts as possible.
  • Conduct client follow-up meetings, match and adapt candidate profiles (temporary or permanent), and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Publish your job ads across multiple channels, source candidates, and manage your candidate pipeline using our internally developed ATS tailored for you!
  • Screen candidates and verify technical skills against the requirements of the construction and public works (BTP) sector, then place them with your clients.
  • Support temporary workers throughout their assignments, especially during project start-ups on sites, and monitor ongoing recruitment processes.
  • Ensure assignments run smoothly for your temporary workers at client sites.
  • Handle the administrative follow-up of assignments (drafting contracts, managing schedules, ensuring document compliance).
