About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the strategy, planning, and evolution of TARPEYO’s peer-to-peer channel, including Speaker Bureau and National Congress engagement
  • Define and deliver HCP education objectives, programs, and resources aligned with the HCP decision journey and measurable business outcomes
  • Shape and optimize the Speaker Bureau model, including faculty strategy, program formats, targeting, training, and execution
  • Establish performance measurement frameworks and translate insights into strategic optimization and future planning
  • Lead strategic planning and activation of national congress presence
  • Oversee congress budgeting, contracting, logistics, product theaters, and post-conference reviews
  • Coordinate engagement planning across field, medical, TL/SMLs, and matrix partners
  • Manage assigned commercial tactics and programs from planning through execution
  • Support sales and marketing materials, internal communications, and field enablement resources
  • Ensure peer-to-peer programming complies with compliance standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage agencies and external vendors for high-quality, timely execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or commercial marketing experience
  • Experience supporting peer-to-peer engagement, Speaker Bureau strategy, congress planning, or HCP marketing initiatives
  • Experience working within specialty and/or rare disease markets; nephrology experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical promotional compliance requirements and industry guidelines
  • Demonstrated success leading projects and managing agencies, vendors, budgets, events, or business processes
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • 20% travel
