About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

oversee and manage pricing, contracting, government price reporting, and gross-to-net (GTN) strategies
lead contract negotiations, pricing analysis, account management, and policy interpretation
develop and implement pricing strategies considering market competition and reimbursement policies
create assessments of pricing decisions, contract strategies, and Gross-to-Net impacts
chair the Pricing Committee and maintain Pricing Committee governance SOP
ensure compliance with federal and state regulations including MDRP and government price reporting requirements
monitor and analyze pricing trends and competitive strategies
communicate changes in government policies and regulations that may impact pricing

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS / BA in business, healthcare administration, finance, or other related discipline
10+ years' experience in pharmaceutical pricing and contract management
strong understanding in government pricing and regulations
demonstrated product launch experience with in-depth knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and other government healthcare programs (340B, Part B, Part D, IRA)
experience with lifecycle strategy (loss of exclusivity, new product launch) and portfolio pricing strategy across branded and generic assets
business acumen of Company P&L, gross-to-net, and overall financial implications of business functions
strong analytical and negotiation skills
excellent communication and leadership skills
regulatory compliance experience
proficient computer skills: advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, government pricing platforms
