Drive availability, visibility, and velocity of Asahi Beer USA brands across retail accounts in San Diego/Orange County
Deliver specific execution goals across your territory
Build and maintain strong working relationships with distributor partners
Develop brand presence across on and off-premise accounts
Identify and pursue opportunities to grow distribution and in-market execution
Represent Asahi Beer USA brands with passion and professionalism in market
Regular travel within the San Diego/Orange County market will be required, along with limited travel for company meetings.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A demonstrated background in brand and relationship development within a specific geographic territory
Experience working with distributor partners in a field sales role
Familiarity with on and off-premise retail in the beer, RTD, or beverage alcohol space
A self-starter who takes ownership of their territory and results
Ambition to grow — this role has room to expand for the right person
Someone who'd rather be in market than in a meeting
