About the role

  • As part of the Continuous Improvement team, you will work in partnership with the Financial Crime and Know Your Customer (KYC) teams, conducting structured reviews of the analyses performed by the fraud prevention teams, focusing on quality, process compliance, risk mitigation and operational security. Based on these evaluations, you will be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities, producing actionable insights and proposing or implementing initiatives that raise the quality of analyses, increase operational efficiency and strengthen both customer and employee experiences. Your work will contribute strategically to the continuous evolution of fraud prevention processes and to sustainable business results.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma;
  • Previous experience as a fraud prevention analyst and/or assistant;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools;
  • Experience in processes and/or projects focused on continuous improvement or quality;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and assertively.
