Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a strategic link between Risk and Credit Recovery and other business areas connected to the business, ensuring synergy between actions;
Structure, monitor and present credit performance indicators, with a focus on portfolio expansion;
Track market trends and opportunities;
Identify improvements to credit policies and guidelines.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Financial Mathematics, Economics or related fields;
Postgraduate degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Credit and Collections, Economics or related areas;
Experience in the financial market (fintechs, payments industry and other financial institutions);
Experience with receivables anticipation/receivables financing and credit cards;
Professional experience with BI tools (Metabase, Power BI, Excel, among others);
Experience with credit metrics and KPIs;
Knowledge of SQL and Python.
