Key responsibilities & impact- Build products with a strong focus on usability: Lead initiatives that improve the app experience by identifying friction, simplifying flows, and delivering interactions users recognize as intuitive and modern.
- Market vision and innovation: Keep a close eye on the app market, both inside and outside the financial sector. Understand trends, anticipate user expectations, and generate insights that feed the product vision with creativity and originality.
- Evolve the app as a platform: Think beyond existing financial products, identifying opportunities to make the mobile channel richer and more personalized with native features that only an app can offer.
- Ensure the best NPS: Continuously monitor user satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and act proactively so the app maintains a high standard of perceived quality.

- Data-driven decisions: Use data as the primary language—analyze usage behavior, segment user profiles, and build solid hypotheses before prioritizing.
- Technical maintenance and evolution: Ensure the app scales sustainably by integrating technical demands into the roadmap with clear impact. Act as the guardian of the release train process, ensuring clear communication, alignment between teams, and that each release occurs with stability, predictability, and within the established process.
