  • Forward-looking perspective on PIX and Open Finance (regulation, market, and customer behavior)
  • Mindset of leveraging AI as an accelerator
  • Strong experience in product and business metrics
  • Mastery of conversion funnel
  • Experimentation culture: A/B testing and data-driven decision making
  • Hands-on experience in agile culture
  • Leadership of cross-functional teams
