About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build, maintain and evolve performance reports and dashboards for pre-sales, sales and channel teams;
- Monitor daily funnel, conversion, productivity, volume, sales cycles and performance by source and segment;
- Perform recurring results analyses and reports (weekly and monthly), identifying variations, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities;
- Directly support commercial leadership with data interpretation, diagnostics and defining action plans;
- Investigate performance issues across the pipeline (e.g., conversion drops, operational bottlenecks, misalignments between stages);
- Participate in commercial intelligence projects, exploring historical data, behavior patterns and optimization opportunities;
- Ensure the quality, consistency and reliability of commercial data in the CRM and analytical databases;
- Contribute to the evolution of commercial processes from a data and operational efficiency perspective;
- Work collaboratively with other RevOps areas (Insights, Processes, Tech Stack) on the department’s strategic initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in Sales Ops, RevOps, Business Ops or commercial intelligence areas;
- Experience with HubSpot, particularly in using commercial data and reports;
- Familiarity with data and analytics tools such as Metabase and Databricks;
- Ability to navigate multiple data sources and turn information into actionable insights.
- Nice to have:
- Experience in SaaS companies, fintechs or fast-growing B2B businesses will be considered a plus.
