Key responsibilities & impact

Identify bottlenecks, inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement through root cause analyses, developing and tracking action plans in compliance with internal and regulatory policies
Implement improvements and monitor performance indicators to validate results
Map, document and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for Fraud Prevention processes
Interact with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and validate processes
Actively contribute to and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Fraud Prevention organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Senior experience in process mapping, documentation and process management (minimum 3 years), including flowcharts and process notation (BPMN)
Minimum Green Belt certification (Six Sigma)
Knowledge of the full fraud prevention lifecycle: onboarding, transactional analysis, chargeback, MED, AML (PLD) and critical channels
Proficiency in SQL for extraction and analysis of operational data
Analytical reasoning and a data-driven approach to support decision making
Strong communication and influencing skills across multiple areas
