About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify bottlenecks, inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement through root cause analyses, developing and tracking action plans in compliance with internal and regulatory policies
  • Implement improvements and monitor performance indicators to validate results
  • Map, document and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for Fraud Prevention processes
  • Interact with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and validate processes
  • Actively contribute to and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Fraud Prevention organization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Senior experience in process mapping, documentation and process management (minimum 3 years), including flowcharts and process notation (BPMN)
  • Minimum Green Belt certification (Six Sigma)
  • Knowledge of the full fraud prevention lifecycle: onboarding, transactional analysis, chargeback, MED, AML (PLD) and critical channels
  • Proficiency in SQL for extraction and analysis of operational data
  • Analytical reasoning and a data-driven approach to support decision making
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across multiple areas
