Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma
Previous customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with technology (laptops/notebooks, spreadsheets, internal systems, and Google Workspace tools)
Basic knowledge of banking/payment topics (payment methods, receivables anticipation/advances, and invoices)
