About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reduce friction in user journeys by minimizing the number of interactions required to reach goals
- Adapt language according to context, user profile, and regional variations
- Define and evolve the AI's tone of voice, ensuring clarity, naturalness, and consistency
- Structure and refine conversational flows with a focus on conversion and quick resolution
- Monitor real conversations to identify failures, ambiguities, and drop-off points
- Analyze metrics such as success rate, fallback rate, resolution time, and CSAT
- Identify behavior patterns and optimization opportunities
- Translate data into practical actions to improve the experience
- Run A/B tests on messages, flows, and interaction strategies
- Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Marketing teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as a UX Writer or in similar roles, with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to simplify the complex
- Experience with conversational AI solutions
- Strong analytical skills combined with sensitivity to user experience
- Hypothesis-driven thinking and an experimentation mindset
- Ability to connect UX decisions to business-metric impacts
- Attention to detail, especially regarding language and AI behavior
- Ownership mentality and commitment to continuous improvement
- Deep knowledge of UX principles and design thinking
- Ability to write clearly, concisely, and engagingly, adapting language for different contexts and audiences
- Ability to work in an agile, collaborative, results-focused environment
