About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Be the advocate for AI adoption across Asaas’ operational processes.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders from multiple Asaas business areas to identify opportunities to solve real problems using AI, with a focus on achieving operational efficiency gains.
Identify process bottlenecks and design solutions to address them, monitoring the direct impact on operational efficiency and process quality.
Manage the backlog of internal AI initiatives using prioritization frameworks to ensure focus on the highest-impact deliveries.
Negotiate deadlines, scopes, and resources with leaders from other areas to ensure aligned expectations.
Work closely with the AI technical team to validate solution feasibility and ensure business requirements are met in developed solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience managing AI solutions or products, with a proven track record in mapping complex processes and translating them into technology roadmaps.
Strong knowledge of generative AI: capabilities and limitations of LLMs, AI agents, security, and governance.
Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences, with the ability to translate complex concepts clearly.
Negotiation skills and the ability to manage priorities in high-demand environments.
Experience with experimentation cycles and prioritization frameworks (ICE, RICE, or similar) for backlog management.
Ability to structure and document business requirements clearly for technical teams.
Ability to work autonomously, managing your own activities.
