About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate in defining the roadmap for improvement and transformation projects
- Facilitate and guide financial transformation projects using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Serve as a bridge between Finance, Technology, and Product teams
- Analyze existing financial processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose innovative solutions
- Lead the implementation of new financial tools, systems, and processes
- Facilitate prioritization of the project and improvement backlog
- Support the development of team members
- Ensure new financial and accounting solutions and workflows are aligned with business needs
- Demonstrate proactivity in identifying improvement opportunities and pursuing effective solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Senior experience in Project Management
- Deep knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- Strategic and systems thinking
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical ability and problem-solving skills
- Strong sense of initiative and ownership
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Hands-on experience defining accounting and financial workflows
- Knowledge of the card payments ecosystem
- Knowledge of financial flows for credit products and credit operations
- Familiarity with project management and agile tools (Jira, Trello, Monday, etc.)
- Experience applying AI to process improvement
- Knowledge of Tier-1 ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle NetSuite)
- Previous experience in payments, banking, or financial services (preferred)
- SQL knowledge (preferred)
- Experience with PMI (post-merger integration) for newly acquired companies (preferred)
- Experience implementing SAP or Oracle ERP (preferred)
- Strong experience reconciling financial products (preferred)
- Knowledge of BI (Power BI and/or Metabase) (preferred)
- Advanced Excel (formulas and VBA) (preferred)
- Knowledge of Python (preferred)
