About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop layouts for a variety of digital channels and formats, such as social media, institutional pages and website/blog images, creative assets for media ads, rich media assets, presentations, and more.
Create layouts for a variety of print channels and formats, such as brochures, flyers, branded and promotional materials, billboards, and other OOH (Out Of Home) media.
Translate the brand positioning and its evolution into touchpoints and documentation materials.
Monitor and ensure correct application of the brand.
Contribute to the generation, development, and follow-up of motion design projects.
Develop graphic creations and designs using AI tools.
Provide design support to the marketing teams on design-related requests.
Support the brand migration and rollout project — redesign.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro)
Strong knowledge of branding/visual identity strategies, brand architecture, and guidelines
Strong skills in graphic creation and design development for both digital materials and print
Practical experience in 2D animation, video/storytelling, image manipulation, and illustration
Good digital design practices to produce diverse and effective materials
Knowledge of UX/UI best practices for producing items such as landing pages, site/blog pages, and emails
Degree in Design, Video, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
