Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and coordinate the squads responsible for developing and maintaining product journeys;
Define product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Manage the full product lifecycle: from conception, research, prototyping, and development to launch and ongoing management;
Act as a strategic leader who can also engage deeply with the technical aspects of the product, able to discuss UX and usability best practices with design teams, participate in technical discussions with engineering teams, and analyze product metrics with data teams;
Ability to delegate and engage direct and indirect reports to pursue team objectives while remaining close to and deeply knowledgeable about the work being done;
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive view of customer and market needs;
Develop OKRs and KPIs to measure product success, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve expected results;
Manage the Product Managers across squads, providing the necessary career guidance for their development, with clear expectations and objectives for each team member's growth.

What you’ll need

Previously worked as a Product Manager or Group Product Manager, contributing individually to the delivery of successful products and features;
Deep experience defining and tracking product and business metrics and objectives;
Experience leading cross-functional teams, with strong people management and influencing skills;
Clear and effective communication skills to engage internal and external stakeholders;
Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution, prioritizing high-impact initiatives;
Experience in developing digital products in the financial sector.
Nice-to-haves
Experience working in a fintech;
Knowledge of SQL;
Hands-on experience in digital product development;
Certification or training courses in the field (Tera, PM3, among others);
University degree in accounting, administration, or related fields.
