About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the organization and standardization of the department’s files, folders and documents, ensuring easy access and consistency of information;
  • Assist in gathering and consolidating data for department reports, focusing on operational activities and supporting results analysis;
  • Provide support for administrative processes, such as requesting contract openings and tracking internal workflows;
  • Assist in organizing and drafting key messages and proofreading texts, ensuring clarity, consistency and alignment with the brand’s tone of voice;
  • Maintain media mailing lists and update journalist contacts;
  • Monitor events, opportunities and press angles;
  • Assist in preparing simple briefings;
  • Map story opportunities based on sector trends and news;
  • Organize and update spreadsheets that track invitations for institutional events, ensuring visibility and orderly information management;
  • Perform basic monitoring of executives’ performance on corporate channels, collecting data and recording interactions;
  • Support content and trend research for LinkedIn, compiling references, benchmarking and suggesting content ideas;
  • Interact with different departments and understand the operation of a corporate communications area.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Be between 14 and 24 years old;
  • Have completed or be currently enrolled in high school;
  • Be available for a 6-hour workday, Monday through Friday;
  • Reside in Joinville, SC;
  • Attend a course at a partner institution once a week;
  • Have good oral and written communication skills;
  • Preferred: be enrolled in a university degree; knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
