About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead high-demand recruitment processes for corporate areas such as Finance, Sales, Marketing, Legal, People/HR, and others, ensuring quality, speed and accuracy in hires;
- Align candidate profiles with hiring managers, acting consultatively to design tailored attraction and sourcing strategies that consider business context, seniority and market dynamics;
- Manage high-volume pipelines with organization and efficiency, ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire journey;
- Conduct behavioral interviews with an analytical mindset, assessing cultural fit, potential and alignment with the company's values and challenges;
- Support leadership decision-making using data, market benchmarks and strategic hiring recommendations;
- Monitor, analyze and improve Talent Acquisition metrics (funnel, SLA, conversion rates, hire quality), proposing continuous data-driven improvements;
- Work closely with partner teams, strengthening the end-to-end hiring cycle and stakeholder experience;
- Lead and implement recruitment automation initiatives to optimize processes, reduce manual effort and increase the team's operational efficiency;
- Explore and apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions in Talent Acquisition, such as automated screening, profile analysis, insight generation and enhancements to candidate and internal client experience;
- Identify opportunities to scale and improve through technology, data and automation, contributing to the evolution of the recruitment model;
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in end-to-end Recruitment & Selection, focused on corporate roles;
- Experience handling high volumes of openings and multiple concurrent processes;
- Analytical profile, with experience using TA data and metrics;
- Consultative approach with hiring leaders;
- Experience with ATS (Gupy, Greenhouse or similar) and LinkedIn Recruiter;
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Hands-on mindset, autonomous and focused on continuous improvement;
- Bachelor's degree (Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields).
