About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operate and evolve the data platform infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security and high availability
- Automate resource provisioning with Terraform, maintaining quality standards
- Support the operation of the internal AI platform, ensuring necessary resources for applications such as LLM gateways, agents and interfaces
- Implement and monitor observability standards: ensure effective logging, alerts and metrics across all supported platforms
- Collaborate with Data, AI and Infrastructure technical teams, providing practical solutions for critical and high-availability environments
- Document technical decisions, processes, procedures and other operational best practices to facilitate team growth and stack evolution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Senior experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps or SRE, focused on building and sustaining data infrastructure ecosystems to support production Analytics and AI environments
- Technical expertise in operating and provisioning Databricks, including advanced cluster management, performance optimization and cost control
- Hands-on experience with Airflow, dbt and Metabase for operation and provisioning
- Strong knowledge of Terraform (IaC) for automating and standardizing infrastructure
- Advanced AWS skills, emphasizing networking and security services (VPC, IAM, Secrets Manager), compute and storage (S3, EC2, ECS, EMR, Lambda) and messaging/databases (SNS, SQS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch)
- Experience implementing and evolving CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automation of the application and infrastructure lifecycle
- Experience in Observability and Operations, working with logging, metrics, alerts, resilience and troubleshooting in high-volume data environments
- Track record in standardization projects, evolution of critical environments and incident response
- Highly autonomous and collaborative profile, with ability to interact with different technical teams and translate business needs into platform solutions
