About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute institutional fundraising and bank debt issuance, working directly in the issuance and distribution process of CDBs (bank deposit certificates) in the market
- Support pricing decisions, negotiate rates, and monitor SCFI's daily funding cost
- Manage and configure asset and liability records within Treasury systems
- Maintain daily connection and interface with the Back Office team, ensuring trades executed and posted by the Desk are settled, recorded, and reconciled at clearing houses
- Control operational limits and ensure regulatory compliance for issuances
- Support continuous process development in Treasury, translating market requirements to the Technology, Product and Operations teams
- Prepare reports on the institution's allocation and funding position and performance for the Executive Board and Committees.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in Bank Treasury (Desk/Front Office/Funding) working at financial institutions (SCFI, Commercial Banks or Broker-Dealers)
- Practical knowledge of institutional CDB issuance and distribution processes
- Experience with configuration and operation of fixed-income treasury systems
- Knowledge of registration environments and the mechanics of settlement and reconciliation
- Experience in data processing and financial mathematical calculations applied to asset and liability pricing
- Familiarity with fixed-income tools (Matera, INOA, Autbank)
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
- CPA-20 (ANBIMA) certification or equivalent
- **Differentials:**
- CGA (ANBIMA) certification or similar
- Knowledge of international fixed-income instruments (Treasuries, bonds, ETFs)
- Experience with macroeconomic analysis applied to allocation decisions
- Experience with Banking Book and structural portfolios
- Prior experience distributing Letras Financeiras or FIDCs
- Active network of relationships with institutional investors and asset managers
- Experience implementing fixed-income systems.
