About the role
- Monitor a portfolio of delinquent accounts
- Contact customers for notification and negotiation through our communication channels, following a pre-established collections action plan
- Monitor active payment agreements
- Conduct negotiations with customers using the established negotiation policy and terms
Requirements
- Previous experience in collections, sales, or customer service
- Intermediate proficiency with Office applications (especially Excel or Google Sheets)
- Proficiency in Portuguese (written and spoken)
- Strong negotiation skills
