About the role

  • Implement and execute the migration of the CRM platform to HubSpot
  • Manage contacts, analyze results, run A/B tests and define clusters for communication sends
  • Direct copywriters and designers to develop supporting materials for communication workflows
  • Monitor and implement continuous improvements across the customer journey
  • Plan and organize product communications and their distribution
  • Evaluate and review copy and design materials
  • Translate brand and product positioning into effective strategies and actions
  • Understand and apply customer lifecycle metrics
  • Track metrics and OKRs to guide actions
  • Work collaboratively with Content, Paid Media, Sales and Marketing teams

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot for implementation, management and results analysis
  • Solid experience with inbound marketing strategies, CRM, advanced segmentation and personalization based on behavior, profile and journey stage
  • Familiarity with best practices for databases, analytics and building metric and OKR tracking
  • Practical knowledge of HTML
  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Technology or related fields
