About the role

  • Support the development and evolution of the company's inorganic growth theses
  • Actively source M&A opportunities (target screening), strategic partnerships, and new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain frameworks for prioritizing opportunities
  • Participate in the full M&A lifecycle, from initial contact through due diligence and post-acquisition integration
  • Develop financial models to evaluate M&A transactions and new business initiatives
  • Prepare and keep investor materials and board presentations up to date
  • Organize and update benchmarks and competitive analyses

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration
  • Previous experience in M&A, Investor Relations, or Corporate Development
  • Knowledge of corporate finance: valuation and financial modeling
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Intermediate English
  • Experience translating complex information into clear, concise executive presentations
