About the role
- Be responsible for documenting and mapping in detail the interaction and business processes of each partner insurer
- Proactively identify problems, inefficiencies and bottlenecks in processes
- Produce detailed information and inputs for leadership and for internal and external teams
- Act as the point of contact for Mutuus' internal requests with insurers' operational and commercial areas
- Use back-office tools (Mútos ERP), CRM (HubSpot) and BI/reporting tools (Metabase)
- Lead the rollout and internal implementation of improvements and achievements obtained with insurers.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of insurance and related topics
- Ability to disagree constructively and present well-founded, evidence-based arguments
- Excellent skill and passion for documenting and organizing complex information
- Ability to understand negotiation flows and insurers' business rules, seeking operational efficiency
- Prior experience in the insurance market is a plus
- Demonstrated high capacity for organization, process analysis and clear, effective communication.
