About the role
- Master methodologies and best practices in user experience (UX) and interface design
- Create product solutions that provide a clear and understandable journey for our customers
- Have full knowledge of the product design lifecycle, from discovery through interface design
- Ensure high-quality delivery by carefully documenting the user experience and business requirements
- Apply critical thinking to processes and usability best practices to transform complex problems into outstanding user experiences
- Use validation methods for deliverables through usability testing and proofs of concept
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver features and requirements requested by customers and stakeholders
- Conduct user research (discovery, interviews, usability testing) to understand customer needs.
Requirements
- Experience with Financial Management ERP systems
- Knowledge of the Service Provider (PJ) journey
- Strong UI focus and experience with Design Systems
- Analytical attention to detail
- Prototyping and visual refinement
- Communication and collaboration
- Research and UX methods
- Preferred: understanding of product management processes to align with business objectives and expertise in fiscal compliance flows or Tax Reform
