About the role

  • Develop and review business plans for new initiatives, assessing financial viability, risks, and long-term impacts;
  • Co-own long-term financial planning, including multi-year projections;
  • Develop scenario analyses, sensitivity analyses and stress tests to support decision-making in uncertain environments;
  • Act as a strategic Business Partner to the areas, supporting investment decisions, initiative prioritization and resource planning;
  • Prepare and lead the development of executive materials for the Board, Financial Committees and senior leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable narratives;
  • Proactively drive continuous improvement of financial processes, seeking efficiency, scalability and reduction of manual errors;
  • Advance the analytical maturity of the team through the use of data, BI and advanced modeling (Excel, SQL, BI tools, Python);
  • Serve as a technical reference in FP&A and Strategy, influencing leadership decisions with structured financial insight and critical thinking.

Requirements

  • Strong Financial Foundation: Extensive knowledge of corporate finance, accounting and financial statement analysis;
  • Modeling and Analysis: Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for complex financial modeling (formulas, pivot tables, data organization and analysis);
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering or related fields;
  • English: Intermediate level for reading and writing materials presented to the board.
