About the role
- Conduct initial screening of inbound leads, evaluating each contact's potential to ensure only the most qualified proceed in the sales pipeline;
- Reach out to leads quickly and accurately, providing an excellent initial experience and increasing conversion chances;
- Document all interactions in the CRM, ensuring the team has complete and up-to-date information for each lead;
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are ready for the closing process;
- Monitor performance KPIs and suggest continuous improvements to lead qualification and engagement processes;
- Collect feedback from leads and share insights with marketing and sales teams to optimize acquisition and outreach;
- Stay up to date on developments in the financial sector and product updates to ensure effective, accurate communication with leads.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an SDR;
- Knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, GPCT and BANT;
- Experience in fintechs or similar companies.
