About the role

  • Conduct initial screening of inbound leads, evaluating each contact's potential to ensure only the most qualified proceed in the sales pipeline;
  • Reach out to leads quickly and accurately, providing an excellent initial experience and increasing conversion chances;
  • Document all interactions in the CRM, ensuring the team has complete and up-to-date information for each lead;
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are ready for the closing process;
  • Monitor performance KPIs and suggest continuous improvements to lead qualification and engagement processes;
  • Collect feedback from leads and share insights with marketing and sales teams to optimize acquisition and outreach;
  • Stay up to date on developments in the financial sector and product updates to ensure effective, accurate communication with leads.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an SDR;
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, GPCT and BANT;
  • Experience in fintechs or similar companies.
