About the role

  • Reconcile data from issued insurance policies with insurers' reports and bank receipts.
  • Validate commission calculations and receipts, identifying missing payments or incorrect amounts.
  • Monitor premium cash flow (customer payments) and ensure remittances to insurers and partners are made within agreed deadlines.
  • Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Prepare tracking spreadsheets and financial performance indicators for the insurance portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Previous experience with financial routines (Accounts Receivable or Reconciliation).
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) are essential.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, logical reasoning, and good communication skills to liaise with partners and insurers.
