About the role
- Reconcile data from issued insurance policies with insurers' reports and bank receipts.
- Validate commission calculations and receipts, identifying missing payments or incorrect amounts.
- Monitor premium cash flow (customer payments) and ensure remittances to insurers and partners are made within agreed deadlines.
- Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies.
- Prepare tracking spreadsheets and financial performance indicators for the insurance portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Previous experience with financial routines (Accounts Receivable or Reconciliation).
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) are essential.
- Meticulous attention to detail, logical reasoning, and good communication skills to liaise with partners and insurers.
