About the role

  • Define and lead the company’s marketing strategy, aligned with growth, revenue generation and long-term brand positioning.
  • Be responsible for the entire marketing funnel, from brand (awareness), demand generation (consideration), conversion (decision), retention and expansion.
  • Lead and develop high-performance teams across Branding, Performance and Product Marketing.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Product, Revenue and Executive Leadership, ensuring strong alignment of go-to-market initiatives.
  • Manage the marketing budget, channel mix and ROI, using data, experimentation and attribution models to inform decisions.
  • Represent the company externally with partners, media outlets and at industry events.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a senior marketing leader (VP, CMO or equivalent) in high-growth companies.
  • Strong executive experience in B2B operations focused on SMB, with deep understanding of growth, demand generation and brand building.
  • Proven ability to scale diverse teams, processes and marketing operations within complex organizations.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience in funnel metrics, LTV/CAC, ROI, ROAS, attribution modeling and experimentation frameworks.
  • Experience in brand building with a track record in brand lift, share of voice, brand search, etc.
  • Technical experience working with teams for SEO, programmatic media, social ads, events (owned and third-party), audiovisual, offline media, CRM, Design, inbound marketing, ABM and PR.
  • Executive experience participating in board and executive-level agendas.
