About the role

  • Define and lead the enterprise sales strategy, focusing on revenue growth, pipeline predictability, and closing high-value contracts.
  • Build, manage, and develop the enterprise sales team, including recruitment, onboarding, ongoing training, and performance management.
  • Own the end-to-end enterprise pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, a consistent sales cadence, and deal governance.
  • Participate directly in complex and strategic negotiations, supporting the team on key accounts and high-stakes sales cycles.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance (pricing), and Legal to optimize go-to-market, value propositions, and the customer experience.
  • Define and evolve playbooks, account segmentation, outreach models, and expansion strategies within the enterprise base.
  • Execute the "land-and-expand" concept.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading enterprise or key account sales, preferably at B2B technology companies.
  • Consistent track record of meeting targets, managing complex pipelines, and handling long sales cycles.
  • Strong team management skills for commercial teams, with a focus on development, coaching, and high performance.
  • Experience in complex negotiations involving multiple stakeholders, high-ticket contracts, and RFPs.
  • Analytical capability to manage forecasting, sales metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
