About the role

  • Act as the primary Design contact for the Flapp Store product, leading interface and experience decisions;
  • Master UX and UI methodologies and best practices;
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams to visually communicate the product’s value;
  • Design product solutions that provide a clear and understandable journey for our customers;
  • Have full knowledge of product conception stages, from discovery through interface creation;
  • Ensure high-quality delivery by thoroughly documenting the user experience and business requirements;
  • Apply critical thinking to processes and usability best practices to turn complex problems into outstanding user experiences;
  • Use funnel metrics (conversion, clicks, checkout journey) to inform design decisions, usability tests, and proofs of concept;
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver the features and requirements requested by customers and stakeholders;
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies such as A/B testing.

Requirements

  • Experience in the financial services sector;
  • Experience with Ecommerce, Marketplace, or B2B SaaS products;
  • Proficiency in and application of quantitative and qualitative research techniques;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate design concepts for different audiences, including business stakeholders and executives;
  • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and manage one’s own time and priorities;
  • Experience working with data, able to interpret product performance metrics and conversion funnels;
  • Proficiency in rapid prototyping and building interactive prototypes;
  • Strong UI design skills focused on aesthetics, visual communication, and crafting interfaces that reinforce product identity;
  • Knowledge of design scalability methods such as style guides and Design Systems;
  • Attention to detail and to complex business rules during solution design.
