About the role
- Develop dbt/SQL models for Asaas's data platform;
- Promote and sustain the efficient and secure transformation of our data assets;
- Ensure governance, quality, documentation, scalability, and the business impact of data;
- Raise awareness about efficient and secure data consumption;
- Ensure the development and maintenance of data assets;
- Monitor the performance and outcomes of the data pipeline.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Python;
- Professional-level proficiency in SQL;
- Intermediate professional experience with dbt;
- Experience with ETL/ELT processes;
- Experience with code versioning using GitHub;
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, the Linux operating system, and working with APIs;
- Experience in fintechs, the payments industry, or other financial institutions;
- Knowledge of database architecture and modeling techniques for analytical purposes;
- Degree in Data Analysis/Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related fields;
- Work schedule: 8 hours per day (Monday to Friday — Saturdays are not compensated);
