  • Ensure that all company areas are consulted or informed when necessary about product changes and collaborate with the marketing team on customer communication to drive engagement.

Requirements

  • Experience in Product management;
  • Experience with document validation flows, certificate issuance, and use of digital certificates to automate fiscal and/or legal routines;
  • Define and monitor metrics that reflect delivered value, such as frequency of use of new features and user conversion; use data to guide decisions. Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with analytics platforms for decision-making;
  • Ability to communicate clearly (written and verbal) and build relationships with cross-functional teams;
  • Business acumen: a passion for understanding customer pain points and turning them into effective solutions;
  • Familiarity with user-centered design methodologies, such as Design Thinking, or knowledge of UX/UI, collaborating effectively with designers to enhance solution creation.
  • Preferred qualifications
  • Experience with document validation flows and intermediaries between Registration Authorities and Certification Authorities;
  • Knowledge of regulations from the National Institute of Information Technology (Instituto Nacional de Tecnologia da Informação - ITI);
  • Hands-on knowledge of Hardware Security Modules (HSM) or digital vaults;
  • Experience with ERP, accounting, or financial management products;
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related fields.
