About the role

  • Design, document, and audit product processes within the Product area, ensuring compliance, quality, and agility
  • Create, maintain, and optimize complex workflows and integrations between tools (Jira, Slack, Confluence, etc.) using n8n to eliminate manual tasks
  • Enable product teams to use the automations created and to extract maximum value from AI in day-to-day work
  • Monitor the impact of automations and rituals on delivery speed (Lead Time, Cycle Time) and on process quality
  • Strong experience designing and implementing governance flows that bring order without bureaucracy
  • Advanced ability to create automated workflows, handle webhooks, JSON, and API integrations
  • Hands-on experience applying Gemini (or similar models) to internal product processes
  • Ability to identify process bottlenecks and design the technical solution to resolve them
  • Ability to clearly document processes and evangelize new ways of working to the team.

Requirements

  • Experience in Process Management or Governance
  • Hands-on technical experience with n8n
  • Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and integration of Gemini/LLMs into workflows
  • Familiarity with the product tools ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, data tools)
  • Analytical mindset focused on operational efficiency
  • Knowledge of Python for custom functions in n8n
