About the role

  • Respond to customer requests and inquiries quickly and efficiently, especially those related to negotiation and retention;
  • Directly handle problem resolution and customer queries, engaging other internal teams when necessary;
  • Log and track all customer interactions in an organized manner, ensuring process predictability;
  • Share feedback and learnings with other teams to contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience;
  • Identify opportunities to improve support workflows and policies, recommending adjustments when needed;
  • Assist in promoting features, updates, and events to customers to drive adoption of our solutions;
  • Stay up to date on our products, services, and Customer Success best practices;
  • Support customers in negotiations around terms, timelines, and solutions, always focusing on the best experience and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress preferred (ideally in Business Administration, Marketing, Financial Management, or related fields).
  • Previous experience in customer service, Customer Success, Support, or related areas.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office or G Suite.
  • Plus: Certifications in CS and CX; intermediate English and/or Spanish.
