About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You take on the technical and disciplinary personnel responsibility for your team within Customer Management
- With your commitment you drive your team forward, unlock new energy and support everyone in their development
- You actively support and advise your employees with challenges and problems and ensure that you achieve success together
- As Team Lead you are responsible for ensuring that customer requirements are processed promptly and to a high standard
- You respond to customer inquiries and handle customer complaints professionally
- In de-escalation and complaint management you ensure a solution-oriented and professional handling of concerns
- By continuously developing and ensuring smooth workflows and processes you maintain the functionality of Customer Management and actively contribute to improving the department
- You create work instructions, organize training sessions and moderate meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a degree in Business Administration, Communication Studies, Marketing or a related field
- Several years of practical experience in telephone-based customer support, ideally with leadership experience
- Independent and self-motivated working style
- Very good verbal and written communication skills and good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Confident use of CRM systems and digital tools to manage customer processes
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
- High commitment, flexibility and resilience
- Ability to actively shape change processes and promote digital innovations in customer management
- Strong communication skills combined with sociability and the ability to motivate others
- Strong customer orientation
