Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a degree in Business Administration, Communication Studies, Marketing or a related field
  • Several years of practical experience in telephone-based customer support, ideally with leadership experience
  • Independent and self-motivated working style
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills and good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Confident use of CRM systems and digital tools to manage customer processes
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
  • High commitment, flexibility and resilience
  • Ability to actively shape change processes and promote digital innovations in customer management
  • Strong communication skills combined with sociability and the ability to motivate others
  • Strong customer orientation
