About the role
- You assume professional and disciplinary personnel responsibility for your team within customer management
- You drive your team forward, energize them and support each member in their development
- You actively support and advise your employees on challenges and issues, ensuring you succeed together
- As team lead, you are responsible for ensuring customer requests are processed promptly and to a high standard
- You respond to customer inquiries and handle customer complaints professionally

Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial training or a degree in business administration, communication sciences, marketing, or a related field
- Several years of practical experience in telephone customer support, ideally with leadership experience
- Independent and self-driven working style
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong knowledge of MS Office applications
- Confident use of CRM systems and digital tools for managing customer processes
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
- High level of commitment, flexibility and resilience
- Ability to actively drive change processes and promote digital innovations in customer management
- Strong communication skills combined with interpersonal ease and the ability to motivate others
- Strong customer focus
