About the role

Requirements

  • Independent and self-driven working style
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Confident use of CRM systems and digital tools for managing customer processes
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
  • High level of commitment, flexibility and resilience
  • Ability to actively drive change processes and promote digital innovations in customer management
  • Strong communication skills combined with interpersonal ease and the ability to motivate others
