About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure customer success and maintain close client relationships by understanding their business pain points and guiding the strategic use of Arvo's solutions.
Translate complex operational challenges into testable hypotheses and practical, data-driven diagnostics.
Design, fine-tune, and evaluate customized AI models and agents for each client, working directly with a technical squad from prototype to production.
Develop technical and business reports, analyses, and dashboards to demonstrate the financial and operational impact of solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
Prioritize the feature and initiative roadmap per client, balancing potential financial return and technical feasibility.
Lead onboarding sessions and regular check-ins to ensure product adoption and ongoing evolution.
Coordinate handoffs between internal Product, Operations, and Development teams to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of prior experience combining business insight and data analysis (e.g., strategy consulting, product operations, applied data science, or related roles).
Strong technical skills and hands-on experience manipulating data using Python and/or SQL.
Solid understanding of client management and corporate operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate technical data into persuasive business narratives.
Bachelor's degree (completed) in a quantitative or business field (Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines).
