About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure success and maintain close client relationships by understanding their business pain points and advising on the strategic use of Arvo's solutions.
Translate complex operational challenges into testable hypotheses and practical, data-driven diagnoses.
Design, tune, and evaluate custom AI models and agents for each client, collaborating directly with a technical squad from prototype to production.
Develop technical and business reports, analyses, and dashboards to demonstrate the financial and operational impact of solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
Prioritize the features and initiative roadmap per client, balancing potential financial return with technical feasibility.
Lead onboarding sessions and periodic follow-up rituals (check-ins) to ensure product adoption and evolution.
Coordinate handoffs between internal Product, Operations, and Development teams to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of prior experience combining business insight and data analysis (e.g., strategy consulting, product operations, applied data science, or related roles).
Technical proficiency and hands-on experience manipulating data using Python and/or SQL.
Solid understanding of client management and corporate operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate technical data into compelling business narratives.
Bachelor's degree completed in quantitative or business fields (Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related).
