About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Size, plan and manage the productive capacity of the expanding medical audit operation.
Recruit and select new professionals (physicians and nurse auditors) to build the team across multiple states.
Structure and lead the national audit team, ensuring technical and cultural alignment with Arvo's objectives.
Oversee the daily audit operation, ensuring quality, timeliness and accuracy of deliverables.
Develop and manage the team's and operation's success metrics (KPIs).
Actively participate in strategic review meetings and client and partner presentations, traveling when necessary.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Medical degree (MD or equivalent).
Proven experience leading and managing health audit teams.
Proven experience managing audit operations across multiple states (with emphasis on Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo).
Ability to recruit, hire and engage healthcare professionals across multiple states.
Availability for occasional travel to other states for client visits and alignments.
