About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Size, plan and manage the productive capacity of the expanding medical audit operation.
- Recruit and select new professionals (physicians and nurse auditors) to build the team across multiple states.
- Structure and lead the national audit team, ensuring technical and cultural alignment with Arvo's objectives.
- Oversee the daily audit operation, ensuring quality, timeliness and accuracy of deliverables.
- Develop and manage the team's and operation's success metrics (KPIs).
- Actively participate in strategic review meetings and client and partner presentations, traveling when necessary.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Medical degree (MD or equivalent).
- Proven experience leading and managing health audit teams.
- Proven experience managing audit operations across multiple states (with emphasis on Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo).
- Ability to recruit, hire and engage healthcare professionals across multiple states.
- Availability for occasional travel to other states for client visits and alignments.
