About the role
- Perform real estate credit analysis of clients
- Monitor builders' systems daily to receive new cases/processes
- Track and organize documentation submitted by clients
- Prepare and update follow-up reports for processes
- Serve clients and brokers online (primarily via WhatsApp)
- Clarify questions and guide clients throughout the financing process
- Maintain active communication with brokers, builders and financial institutions
- Monitor the progress of proposals until contract formalization
Requirements
- Completed high school education
- Experience in sales or commercial customer service
- Familiarity with computer tools and credit systems
- Minimum home office setup (computer and internet)
- Desirable: knowledge of CAIXA systems: SIOPI, CIWEB and SICAQ
Benefits
- Fixed salary: R$ 1,830.00
- Meal allowance: R$ 30.00 per day
- Home office allowance of R$ 250.00 for 100% remote work
- If not remote, standard access to Vale Transporte on days worked
- Sales commission
- Performance- and productivity-based commissions
