About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement sales and marketing plans for assigned products to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and unit goals
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue and unit goals for assigned products and tissue services
- Differentiate Artivion products using clinical data, conducting in-services, and regularly attending cases
- Generate new customers by calling on cardiac and vascular surgeons
- Provide in-services to operating-room personnel on the safe and effective use and benefits of Artivion products
- Engage target customers to attend medical education and Artivion sales and marketing programs
- Report all product complaints by midnight on the day of notification
- Maintain and grow selling prices across product lines with assigned-territory customers
- Attend medical and Artivion training meetings as requested
- Communicate territory needs, trends, and problems to the Region Manager
- Comply with corporate policies and standards of conduct
- Maintain expense reports, lead follow-up, and open purchase orders in accordance with corporate directives
- Assist sales team members with product and surgeon/account history knowledge transfers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3 years of O.R. medical device sales experience
- Documented track record of consistent sales performance
- BS or equivalent
- Excellent communication, listening, organizational, administrative, and time-management skills
- Computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
