Temporary Recruiter/Sourcer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for scientific, clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, technical, and corporate roles.
- Conduct initial recruiter screens and candidate outreach conversations.
- Partner with hiring managers and the People & Culture team to understand hiring needs and target candidate profiles.
- Support the recruitment process from sourcing through offer stage.
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking and activity within the ATS.
- Ensure a positive, responsive, and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence related to talent availability and compensation trends.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 + years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience within biotech and pharmaceuticals.
- Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.
- Ability to engage passive candidates and build talent pipelines.
- Strong communication , organization, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Experience supporting high-growth or scaling organizations
