About the role
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Understand client business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance related to web technologies and databases.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Support) to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
- Manage account health, escalations, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct technical discussions, solution walkthroughs, and client reviews.
- Ensure timely communication and resolution of client queries in a hybrid work setup.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Technical Account Management or a similar client-facing technical role.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL / database concepts.
- Ability to understand and troubleshoot technical issues related to web applications and databases.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment.
